In the event of any information being found incorrect or misleading, and if the Institution rejects my eligibility for the scholarship at a later date for the above reasons, then I understand, I am liable to pay all the fee as per the normal fee structure. I hereby promise, I will neither involve myself in any unlawful or provocative or communal or anti-social or political activities, nor cause Physical harm to any fellow student or teacher or official. I will not participate in any strike or demonstrations and will not induce others to do so. I also Agree not to involve myself in the damage to the college or any hostel property and not to indulge in any act that will lower the prestige of the institution and self. I am very well aware that ragging is a criminal offence under UGC Regulations, 2009. I will not indulge in any conduct whether by words spoken or written or by any act which causes or is likely to cause annoyance, hardship or psychological harm to a student. College can cancel my scholarship or reduce scholarship given, in case if I break any of the above promise. I aware that hostel is compulsory for students who are studying with scholarship and I agree to stay in college hostel till I finish my course & I promise I will follow the rules and regulations of Hostel aswell as College. I am aware that ragging is completely prohibited in MVM GROUP OF INSTITUTION.

I hereby unconditionally indemnify the college authorities from all claims and liabilities arising out of cancellation of the seat allotted to me. I understand that if after commencement of the program, If I discontinue my program before completion; I remain liable to pay the full tuition fee and any expenses or costs incurred by the college for the remaining period of the entire program. I understand the conditions under which I may become entitled to a refund of tuition fees and agree that the college authorities may retain the amount and I hereby Undertake not to claim any refund whatsoever of any amount paid by me to the college authorities. I agree that MVM GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS reserves the right to retain all My original certificates, as it may deem fit till the clearance of all my dues and fines, if any.
