I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of MVM GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS Bangalore and declare that the information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. In the event of any information being found incorrect or misleading, and if the University rejects my eligibility at a later date, then I understand, I am liable to forfeit my admission along with all the fees paid. I hereby promise , I will neither involve myself in any unlawful or provocative or communal or anti social or political activities, nor cause Physical harm to any fellow student or teacher or official. I will not participate in any strike or demonstrations and will not induce others to do so. I also Agree not to involve myself in the damage to the college or any hostel property and not to indulge in any act that will lower the prestige of the institution and self. I am very well aware that ragging is a criminal offence under UGC Regulations, 2009. I will not indulge in any conduct whether by words spoken or written or by any act which causes or is likely to cause annoyance, hardship or psychological harm to a student. I am aware that ragging is a completely prohibited in the MVM GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS Campus.

I agree to extend my full co-operation to the college authorities in ensuring that my son/ daughter/Ward abides by all the above rules and regulations of the university. I further agree to visit the college as often as possible to acquaint myself about the attendance and progress of my son/ daughter /Ward. I also Agree to make all payments to the college as per schedule Failing which MVM GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS can take necessary action that will be completely agreed by me.
DECLARATION BY THE PARENT & APPLICANT
I understand that I have been admitted to the said program overlooking the candidature of the other applicants who are willing to pay the fees as stipulated by the authorities. Therefore, I hereby unconditionally indemnify the college authorities from all claims and liabilities arising out of cancellation of the seat allotted to me. I understand that if after commencement of the program, I discontinue my program before completion; I remain liable to pay the full tuition fee and any expenses or costs incurred by the college for the remaining period of the entire program. I understand the conditions under which I may become entitled to a refund of tuition fees and agree that the college authorities may retain the amount and I hereby Undertake not to claim any refund whatsover of any amount paid by me to the college authorities. I agree that MVM GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS reserves the right to retain all My original certificates, as it may deem fit till the clearance of all my dues and fines, if any.
